Roger Perkins

Roger Perkins has as been a professional sculptor for over forty years and has exhibited in the UK, Europe and the US. His work is in a number of Public Museums and private collections. His work is frequently time-based installation and transient in its nature- in both material and subject matter.
Alongside his professional practice he has taught art and design courses at Foundation, Degree and Post Graduate levels- this has included drawing, sculpture, ceramics and occasionally graphics.
Roger takes a direct and personal interest in the development of a students’ practice- paying particular attention to the individuals’ own voice in the expression of their work whilst, at the same time, encouraging a critical self-motivation. He remains curious about the world and believes curiosity underpins any creative practice.
John Blythe

John A. Blythe is an internationally exhibited, award winning visual artist who situates his practice in the field of expanded photography. His primary concern is with the power of play, uncertainty and not knowing. John’s work straddles the space between photography and painting, exploring fluid dynamics and natural form.
Having worked as a commercial photographer for over 20 years John established a personal creative practice combined with teaching and since 2010 has taught in Further and Higher Education and as a Mentor supporting artist in their personal practice. In 2016 John completed a PGDip in Education followed by a Master of Fine Art in 2019.
Alongside his art practice John is involved with local arts organisations in Oxford and runs adult education workshops exploring experimentation and sustainability in art making.
